PAYMENT
Currently we are unable to offer online payments. We ask that you would take a screenshot of your cart and send it to us either via email (craftykai20@gmail.com) or via text (281-745-1285). We will be in direct contact with you in order to make sure your order is completed!
SHIPPING
If you would like your order shipped, please let us know! An additional fee will be added to the total cost of your items based on the weight.
SIZING
Items such as bracelets and rings are available in the sizes listed within the item's description. Please keep in mind that several of our products are one of a kind and because of that, remaking the item in various sizes may not be possible. However, do reach out to us and we will work with you!

How to measure ring size?

Find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 1.4 cm (1/2 inch).

Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger.

Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.

With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.
RETURNS
While we hope you are happy with your purchase, should you need to return something, please contact us within 5-7 days of purchase. We will issue a refund for any undamaged items. (Return shipping cost not included)
